TODDLER (TOD)

DURING THE SCHOOL YEAR

  • 18 months – 2.5 years old

  • full day program

  • nutritious, catered hot lunches

  • 8:00 - 8:30am morning snack

  • 3:30 pm afternoon snack

  • part-time care space based on availability and dependent on sharing with a partnering family


DURING THE SUMMER

  • full time care throughout summer (except for daycare August closure for one week)

  • fun and educational in-house visitors facilitate activities for children

  • community outings

PRESCHOOL (PS)

DURING THE SCHOOL YEAR

  • 2.5 - 4 years old

  • full day program

  • nutritious, catered hot lunches

  • 8:00 - 8:30am morning snack

  • part-time care space based on availability and dependent on sharing with a partnering family


DURING THE SUMMER

  • full time care throughout summer (except for daycare August closure for one week)

  • fun and educational in-house visitors facilitate activities for children

  • community outings plus a wide variety trips in and around the GTA

  • creative and developmentally appropriate programming

  • activities include community walks, water play activities, cooking, music, library visits, etc.

School-age (SA)

DURING THE SCHOOL YEAR

  • 6-12 years old

  • before and after school care (PA days, March Break, winter and summer programs)

  • 8:00 - 8:15 am morning snack

  • 4:00 pm afternoon snack

  • part-time care space based on availability and dependent on sharing with a partnering family


DURING THE SUMMER

  • full time care throughout summer (except for daycare August closure for one week)

  • fun and educational in-house visitors facilitate activities for children

  • community outings community outings plus a wide variety trips in and around the GTA

  • creative and developmentally appropriate programming

  • program is relaxed and more like a summer camp experience

  • activities include cooking experiences, sewing, swimming and water activities, woodworking, drama, science activities, and playing in neighborhood parks

FULL DAY KINDERGARTEN (FDK)

DURING THE SCHOOL YEAR

  • 4-6 years old

  • before and after school care (PA days, March Break, winter and summer programs)

  • 8:00 - 8:15 am morning snack

  • 4:00 pm afternoon snack

  • part-time care space based on availability and dependent on sharing with a partnering family

  • Preschool room licensed for 23 children

  • FDK program licensed for 78 children

  • School-age program licensed for 120 children
